Customer Service Representative position available.
This position will include duties of working directly with the marketing team and outside referral sources along with patients to verify insurance, enter patient demographics into the billing system, create sales orders, request authorizations, discuss payment responsibility, set up delivery/pick up schedule. This position requires sitting for long periods of time, computer use and in a call center environment.
Applicants must be articulate, professional, have a positive attitude and be a team player and have a steady work history.
All applicants must be available to work this schedule
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am to 6pm
Tuesday/Thursday 10:30am to 7pm
One Saturday a month.
Hourly pay rate for this position is $12.50 per hour with the opportunity for an increase after the completion of 90 days.
Experience in durable medical equipment is a plus but not required.
